Unfortunately, I have ruled this out as a possible cause... It is definitely not a CPU or RAM overstack.
My resources never break 20% and I can play COD6 while running an autonomous AC macro with zero issues...

So clearly not a resource problem, and clearly not an internet problem, tracing to just outside my ISP is a 5ms and perfect stability on a gigabit service. Only thing that remains is the C++ runtime environment issues with newer versions of windows trying to run very old code...

I would also note that this specific 2002 sp1 of C++ runtime will not run on my copy of windows in and of itself. I had to install vs 2008 to get the correct runtime environment to even be able to run the install process.

Meaning I had to work around the original installer which failed to function for a reason i do not know.
