I would also note that this specific 2002 sp1 of C++ runtime will not run on my copy of windows in and of itself. That's CPU load. As you hit the bottom of the ramp in society strongholds it loads all the NPCS and chests, causing a graphics lag spike. Same for GY, it is dense spawn and lots of small objects and buildings around, so again, graphics lag. Turn your landscape detail textures to medium or lower to ...

I have reinstalled everything have todo with the client and decal from verified good files after registry cleaning and still the same issue. The cast step is a frontal lobotomy of all C++ runtime environments.

Can confirm that this is an ONGOING problem in 2025 through the ACE emulated servers.
