I recommend using Immortalbob's Autocrafter instead however if it does not meet your needs, here is Make It! Use at your own risk, I have no idea how to get it to work if it does not work for you.

It should have been included in the original zip file but you have to add it by hand

It sounds like you missed some of the steps listed above. Make sure you did them all.
