Vtank FLICKER

I just Dled decal and tank bundle. If i log in with just decal i have zero issue..when i log in with Vtank my screen flickers like crazy. If i highlight anything in tank it will stop but once i click on another tank icon its goes into a frenzy again. any idea why this is
happening?

I use 2 radeon 6700's and the drivers are up to date.

I get flicker also from time to time, but I contribute it more to my multi-monitor and slightly over lapping windows. I just click on the other windows and it stops.
