Here's my overly extensive loot profile.
It's called loot snob because it sets the bar pretty high on most items.
Please look through it before use and edit to your own preferences.
Everything you may ever want to loot should be in it (save for the odd trophy).

This is my final update, there are a lot of changes i've made over the last 2 months, I'm sorry i didn't keep track of all of them. below are the most important things:
Split up rating rules into cd/cdr/d/dr/v/hb
split wands and missile weapons up greatly to further snobify your loot.
