CowTipper5000 Meta

This is a huge evolution of the old cow tipper meta. It lets you choose other locations to cow-tip (or can even randomly select a location for you), in case the Holtburg cow is already being tipped.
It also automatically continues on to Facility Hub afterward, if it finds all the specific list of items it uses are in inventory, and it "turns-in" all of them for you. (Exact requirements are specified in the readme, and in the meta itself. It can also skip the cow-tipping stage and go straight to the hub if you meet the requirements.)
In-meta help: just load it up, and do what it says.
So, drop a pack of Hub items on the new character fresh out of the Tutorial dungeon area (level 7), start it going, and come back in about 25 minutes... to find a character that should be right around level 42!
