GM: Fishing

So after all these years I decided to try Fishing in AC. Outcome here is the meta.
For fishing at the Craigstone waterfalls fishing area. I have included the nav files for modifing for use at other fishing locations.
Meta will automatically purchase a fishing licenses using C notes, when needed. If you do not have a fishing pole, it will attempt to make one from Wood Golem Heart, or Golem Jo.
Meta will catch and release fish to quickly raise fishing skill. All fish are returned to the fishing hole. Also all rusted items and balls of gunk are dropped on ground. Other junk will still fill up pack, so make sure you have some free pack space.
