This is a very basic Char-control meta, it doesn't have any recalls or connections to other metas/quests/killtasks etc.

There are many enhancements that could be made, including removing the action states and simply putting the action in the All{} after the chat command, and then returning default.

Help file included.

ChaosControl is run on followers - listens and reacts to chat commands
ChaosCommand is run on leader - provides ability to issue chat commands by hotkey
