AC Client crash

I have battled with this issue for quite some time, when I go through a portal my AC client crashes.
It usually happens when I am using multiple accounts. I can sometimes run multiple accounts without issues.

So what things, logs, etc., should I look at or turn off so that I can minimize or totally stop this from happening.
Where exactly should I look for what might be causing the issue(s).

thanks

Same pc or multiple pcs? Sounds like a port issue.

Aye sounds like a port issue or too many system processes running in the background sucking up resources.
Set multi-client ports 25 apart. 9000, 9025, 9050 etc.

Try turning of all unnecessary services.
Also, only run your main client in quality graphics, it may look pretty on all of them but it's a significant factor when trying to squeeze in extra clients.

The ports are set 25 apart. It does not do it all the time. It is the same machine. Sometimes it works great and sometimes it does not. I have had as many as 9 accounts running perfectly. The issue happens when going through portals (sometime) mostly. They all are on minimum graphics settings.

Computer may just be dying lol. I've burnt out several dualcore systems. Run hot for too long and it just stops working as well.

My current laptop used to run 10-12 clients flawlessly with temps barely pushing 75-80c, now it can hardly handle 3 before hitting 80c.

Clean as a whistle, no dust. No malware/spyware/viruses/etc, just reaching 3years old and prob ~1 full year of macroing on it.

By the way...My computer is pretty new, it is an Alienware Aurora, so I doubt it is the problem. I have noticed that it may be running too long and perhaps running out of memory. I will leave it on for weeks at a time, and have noticed that a quick reboot takes care of the problem. I'll blame it on Windows for now since I have no other issues ever. So maybe I will get more memory since I think I am just running out of memory due to some programs not releasing it all...another thing I noticed is if my Carbonite is backing up I can forget about more that 3 clients....what a hog.

- just follow up I normally run 1-9 clients I have noticed that in the snowy valley area this issue happens a lot.

-Cheers!
