Virindi Tank help

Just wanted to see if anyone here may know what I've done wrong while installing Vtank. The message below is what I get when I try and run Vtank in game. I am not very tech savy, so just wanted to run this by a few people and see if anyone might be able to help.

if you export that decal dump to a txt file you can paste it in almost any of the major AC channels on discord and the bot can tell you whats up.
