Sorry if this is in the wrong area, it seemed most closely related to looting...

I'm trying to work on selling salvage at a vendor as I've not got a high enough character to make use of kill tasks yet.
I have a loot profile configured to keep certain salvage (e.g. steel, red garnet).

When I use the vendor in Mag Tools test mode I get a list of items it would sell which appears to be right (can't see the retained salvage in the list).
When I take Mag Tools out of test mode, it doesn't sell. Does anyone know of anything I could be missing?

Mag-Tools cannot keep specific salvage and sell others. It's all or nothing.

Make sure Virindi Item Tool is loaded in decal, Mag-Tool uses it for the transfer.

Or use Sellvage.
