Hello, long time player, first time poster. I'm having an issue with some of my accounts logging in. Sometimes, I can't even get passed the title screen (the coils wont light up blue ) or I'll get in but once i log a character it'll just stay black (no portal space).
I remember seeing a past post about it having something to do with "magtools" and clearing logs but I'm not sure how to do that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

magtools wouldnt cause it not to get past the blue bars. Probably your router doesnt like AC...

edit: Can you login normally without decal loaded?

Yea, I was thinking it was my router too. It does it sometimes w/o decal on too.
