[Resolved] intermittent freezing/lag issue

having an issue ever since switching to a new computer for AC. every 15-20mins one or more of my 5 clients will lock up for 1-3minutes. first noticed it in colo it happens usually either between spawns or after I exit a portal. have been tracking every time it happens for past 24 hours and I have recorded a total of 315 instances of a client freezing for more than 30s at a time in just 1 day. while its happening if I am exiting a portal I am stuck as purple bubbles, and I am unable to see new chat messages. below is copy of decal export.

Edit: noticed something just now while watching it happen, when the client stops lagging/catches up, everything that happened in the time the client was frozen happens in the span of about 2s. so in colo all 4 spawns come in and die then door spawns in all in an instant basically kinda weird.

appreciate any ideas what I can do.

Based on your description ID say it isn't network or CPU related. Sounds like video

if that is the case, any suggestions what I can do to fix it? only happens when I run multiple clients at a time, or at least in the 6 hours I ran only 1 client it never happened. but whenever I run 2 or more it happens at least 1-3 times per hour.

sorry few more questions?
are your directly connected via a network cable or wireless to get to your router?
are you the only computer on the network?
have you tried restarting your router since you got the new computer?
did you happen to have any forwarding rules in your router pointing to the old computer?
have you tried disabling plugins to see if it makes it better or worse.

sorry if these seem off base im just brainstorming.

1. wireless
2. no 2 other computers on network and 3 other devices
3. yes multiple times
5. yes I moved them to this computer
5. not yet out of all the plugins integrator would be the most likely cause I am guessing I will try this out later tonight and post back result.

and by all means brainstorm away lol I am completely out of ideas for what this can be.
