Looting Value over Object profile

I set this to pick up any type of adept set regardless of value. However, somehow it manages to consider the value primary so how do i fix this?

Only 1 thing I can think of is because of my (50K) value loot profile is on top of list so it consider there first? If I put it the (50k value) rule to the bottom, everything will come first before value requirement?

yep, order matters.

You want to put the least desirable rules at the bottom, salvage and value rules should always be at the bottom of the list.
