Looting Majors...

Ok, I am looking to build a Major for my starter toons. I have tried cloning rules, and editing it so that it would pick up Jewelry (wards & skills) or (all majors), Clothing (wards, attributes & skills) or (all majors), and Armor (wards, attributes & skills) or (all majors). I can't get any of it to work. I turn off decal after looting everything and find majors. I do not know what I'm doing wrong.

Any help would be much appreciated.

are you looking for no-wield majors? those are a bit rare, and dont drop off the higher tiers of creatures. you have to hunt things tier 4-6 (no wield req of 180 or 150 on the items they drop).

Just majors with an arcane req. not 150 or 180 lvl req.

I've been hunting the matron hives (lvl 60 & 90), because of the quantity and speed of the spawn. A better chance to a good loot drop. Both Olthoi (Legionary & Eviscerator) are tier 5.

I ended up cloning rule '(J) Major + 2 8's' 3x:

I will, most likely, edit this again so that I only pull full-coverage underwear. It has been picking up a few, and I have had to edit a # of times but I'm hoping this will suit my need.

Character level refers to the character you are hunting...not the requirement on the loot itself. This means, if your char is 150 or above they wont loot them.


If you look at my no wield major rules that are at the bottom of the armor and cloth sections they use WieldReqValue <= 149.
