Looting rare rares
If I have my loot profile set to loot IconUnderlay == 23308 will this also loot higher tier rares like the Leikotha's Tears and so on? Or does it only loot lvl 1 tier?

It will loot any tier. They all share the same purple underlay.

If you find a rare pack, it might not work. Other than that yes. It's not like I've been able to test looting packs.
it will loot all rares, including rare pack but vtank will only be able to loot the rare pack if you have a packslot free.
