My way of managing multiple accounts

over the years Ive tried few ways to keeping track of all my mains on each account I run. Needless to say it can be a daunting task so I've made this image and printed it double sided (using the printer at my job) on tabloid 8.5X11 inch paper. Its sat on my desk for a while now and has proven to be very helpful.

I figured Id share so that others may benefit from the thought process and possibly edit together their own.

Things I use this for:
-Keep track of augmentations on multiple accounts
-Keep track of recall spells needed per character
-Password info for all accounts
-list of cantrips to tally up as I build suits
-Keep track of my mains suit
-Tally up my luminance augs/seers per character
-Remember set bonuses on armor sets
-Keep track of cantrips/spells given by gauntlet jewelry.

This list is a good one stop shop.

I have PSD's if needed. Let me know and i'd be glad to share so that you may make changes for your own accounts.

Looks nice. Managing a lot of characters is hard. Would TreeStats be of any help here? I know it can't track most of what's on your list at the top but it tracks a lot of other things.

See http://treestats.net/account/Kolthar for a look at a beta feature some people are using. The version of the plugin that provides that feature is in beta so you'd have to get in touch to get a copy that grouped your chars across servers. Everything else is in the public release though.

In addition, TreeStats has an API that can return JSON, http://treestats.net/WintersEbb/Kolthar.json, so you could do some programatic things if you uploaded your characters. Just some thoughts.
