Paying well for plugin made or plugin making help

I have been trying to make my own plugin and have been struggling to build without errors. I'm fairly frustrated and defeated and am to the point of being willing to pay another person with more experience to make the desired plugin.

Im willing to pay a few hundred dollars for someone to build me a plugin or show me via teamviewer to to get things working on my own.

We do not help develop plugins for the express purpose of exploitation.
Decal is built in a way so regular developers do not have access to all methods that could be utilized for exploitation.
Only DecalDevs have full access.
