Couple of questions - both related....

Is there a way to change the fellowship join keyword used by the meta autofellowmanagement? Instead of using XP is it possible to change this to something else?

Failed that... is it possible to recruit the nearest player using a meta?

There is no way to change Vtanks default message of XP, however you can issue the character a chat command that first tells them to enable AutoFellowManagement, then you send the xp message to recruit and either have it automatically turn AutoFellowManagement off afterward so nobody else can be recruited without your keyword, or have another command to turn it off.
