Can Metas Stash Rares Automatically?

I tried but this is way over my head so I thought I'd ask the experts. Is there a way to setup a meta to stash on rare found, preferably in your house chest? The only way I can think of is by using the {All} Inventory Item Count >= 1 rule for each and every rare name in the game... or via the "Character Name has found" in chat to trigger a new state allowing you time to loot the rare via the Seconds in state >= rule. Feels like I'm missing something simple.
I was hoping to somehow use VTank's Loot Editor rule "IconUnderlay == 23308" to allow the meta to identify rares, but I have no idea how that would work. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
