Finding a selected items value

I know how to get a selected items name and how to get the total value of my character. I do not however know how to find the value of an item that is selected besides using the property dump but i want to use the value in an expression and that does not help. Is there a way to find an items value using functions in vtank so that i can use the items value in a meta script?

not that I am aware of no, perhaps explain what you are trying to accomplish I might have a different approach that would work.
