Yeah, I've noticed. Using AC Tool I was able to export all data in World Filter to an XML while I had the vendor open. Got all sorts of items, but absolutely nothing in the vendor was exported. This could indicate an issue with AC Tools implementation to Decal, or an issue with the World Filter....

it does, all special mobs have different type ids, for example in Rynthid Assessment the grievvers/drudges/wasps that cause the wall to vanish allowing you to continue all will have a special typeid.

I might even have a few use cases where the delay is different.
The problematic use cases, however are seldom. For example, when you take your (team) to kill bobo for the first time, is it Kleeoh? who talks for like 30 seconds to flag the char and goes modal (won't talk to char next ).

not really possible, only way you could do this is every time you change the value set a variable alongside it to remember its value. then use that value later.
I have it set to open vendor in my .Nav route. Every time it gets to the opening bit it throws me an error. For some reason sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Autocram is used in the colosseum Meta. I was wondering why since you're not looting and if it can be turned off. When I uncheck it the Meta rechecks it. thought of another solution to your counting problem, adding and subtracting will only work for a 2 step process it wont work for things like leader horns that require 3 crafts to get to the final craft on a finished product.
I was editing my character control meta and it seems I've corrupted it somehow. I don't think I was editing it on two different clients, but after a /vt refresh and a reload, it said
Error: Attempted to load invalid or corrupt meta profile

It's also possible that Windows saved a prior copy of the meta file in a system snapshot, if you have that option turned on. You could potentially roll back to the prior version and then start over with your edits.

You would never type Set Meta State: Return in a chat command. That's just the text displayed in meta when you select the rule from the action dropdown.
You are correct, a + is used for concatenation.

Creating metas that set my variable, and then load the meta I want works. It's really hokey, but it works.
