THE PROVIDED REGEX IS NOT SECURE! I'm a little surprised nobody's mentioned this here in all these years, especially considering how powerful you can make meta commands, and their consequent potential for griefing people via security holes.

That will see if you have any in your inventory. Use that in a checkinventory state, and if true send it to a give state using the command IB said, then return it to checkinventory state. That will give all of your salvage.

you have to escape all special characters and numbers...I should have put that in the instructions in the thread...
I created one that after 30 seconds did /fixbusy in chat but it appears to delete after one instance.

Set a command for Seconds in state to 30 under DEFAULT to Set Meta State and have it change to Fix Busy state that you create.
Set your Fix Busy State to have an ALWAYS rule for Chat Command of /fixbusy or w/e you want.
Create another rule under the Fix Busy state for Seconds in state to maybe 2...

its certainly possible to do in notepad but to be honest its incredibly difficult because you need to learn how each type of rule is structured and trying to write a any/all that is in any way complex in notepad is nearly impossible to do by hand and is much faster just using the ingame editor....

the only thing I can think of is are you sure you are using the right spell ids?
also once you confirm the spellid maybe try using magtools casting commands see if that will work for buffing up weapons.
