So I tried to set up a meta to talk to the TouTou KT's and even though I tried to move next to the one I wanted to talk to they still didn't behave. Figured I'd check IBControl because I read that KT's are already setup. Dug through the code and all it consists of is:

That's an internal vtank thing probably. i'm not sure. just create the routes with vtank's route editor...and it'll work

That's what I originally did, but I used Add NPC Talk instead of Add Portal/NPC . That must have been my first mistake.

So months ago I was having a discussion in vigeneral about how to get from external metas back into Chaos_Command and someone (forget who, sorry!) mentioned they used VChat to capture the /f chat command and then I believe react with a loadfile that had the appropriate /vt meta load lines....

Most of the Control metas have the ability to use the closest NPC. But when you have an army attempt to use a single NPC often some will use the NPC, others just fail or timeout because the NPC is already busy with other characters.

To get around this, create a new command to use any 1 single NPC...

You cannot use Virindi Channels for chat commands

Meta will not detect plugin text, Vchannels are plugin text.

There are ways around that, but Virindi has stated that she does not want her server flooded with bot chatter when the AC servers can handle that just fine.

it only takes 2-3 people who are unable to collect rewards due to pack space to lock up the NPC 100% and delay runs extensively. also the chat spam from it is quite annoying. so imo autocram is a small price to pay to use the meta.

Hell's Wrath made an olthoi soldier meta for slag collection. If you die, there's the option to rebuff and return. If you enter a portal however, it will log you out of the game. Instead of logging out on portal enter, I'd rather have it /ls and set meta state back to default. It's not working...

Increase the time so that you are done buffing when it attempts to hand the ticket in?

If you are in the middle of an action (like buffing) it will stop it.

So here's my first attempt at a meta, using a ton of help from everyone in vigeneral. It is a basic nav route through Mountain Citadel with a recall at the end. I have logic in place so it only buffs at the top of the cycle (no mobs at drop) when needed, and will lifestone recall when packspace is...

I'm really happy with how this is turning out. He doesn't have critter spells so I added in a check for Adja's Boon buff. If it's low at the top of the cycle he jumps into the LifestoneSending state and recalls out of dungeon.
