it wont work, it'll hold all cloaks to equaling all the ones you want. Thats why i suggested using greater than and less than (>= , =<) in addition to the ones you dont want using != as you have it, it will try to only find cloaks that are all the ones you have set to ==, which just dont exist obvio...

i use magtools for this, you'll have to create a npc profile for it and visit the same npc...

yep, order matters.

You want to put the least desirable rules at the bottom, salvage and value rules should always be at the bottom of the list.

i didn't have too many issues getting decal and the AC client to work on Win10. Decal can be loaded into the default location.
