Unfortunately it isn't. Most of the programs associated with those DLLs will not install on Windows 10 from what I've noticed. It seems disabling that unnecessary Aether dependency has helped, but I still crash from time to time while manually playing/entering portal space

The number in the DLL name is the internal version number of the C++ package.

Nah, nothing relevant comes up. Just a bunch of 3rd party DLL sites...

It looks like the checklib just checks for DX9. Did not prompt me for any C++ libs. Hmm. Is there a list of C++ Libraries that are required somewhere?
